Regi Elliott, BA, MA, Certified Comprehensive Apparatus Pilates Instructor & Master Hatha Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Owner

Regi discovered the Pilates Method 20 years ago when high school sports injuries led her to a Pilates instructor in her chiropractor’s office. Soon thereafter, Regi obtained her Mat Teacher Certification through Power Pilates of New York, and taught mat classes throughout college and university. Following graduate school in Cairo, Egypt, where she taught private clients in their homes while obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Human Rights Law, Regi moved to London to further her Pilates career. After obtaining her Comprehensive Apparatus Teacher Certification, Regi taught at prestigious studios in Chelsea and Battersea, as well as in the homes and offices of private clients throughout South London. She trained various professional athletes, including polo players, footballers (soccer players), and skiiers, as well as members of the entertainment industry. In 2013, Regi left the UK for new adventures in India, where she obtained her Master Hatha Yoga & Meditation 500-YTT Certification from Yoga Alliance. She then spent the next few years teaching Pilates and yoga, while establishing surfing tourism trades in fishing villages facing economic decline, acting as temporary communications director of a NGO tasked with building schools for disabled children, vaccinating her neighbourhood dogs, and volunteering at surf camps for orphan girls, amongst other endeavours. In December of 2018, Regi moved to Venice with her three rescued Indian streetdogs, to realise her dream of opening her own Pilates and yoga studio and hosting wellness retreats aimed at helping people live longer, feel better, and be happier!
